A Halloween Gathering of Makers, Mystics & Magick
We welcome ALL Makers & Mystics. Bitchcraft Fair provides a local platform for women in creative and/or spiritual small businesses & while most exhibitors do identify as female/non-binary, no one is excluded on the basis of gender.
8' x 10' booth spaces are $100. One 8' table and chairs will be provided. Please provide your own cloth/skirting of any color (of course, we have a preference for black, pinks & purples - but it's merely an aesthetic recommendation!)

In addition to a booth (as outlined above), this includes a guaranteed shop feature on both Instagram and Facebook, and shop name printed on our official 2022 t-shirt.
In addition to a booth (as outlined above), this guarantees an end booth & a logo prominently featured on our website for 12 months, and our printed flyers. Also includes all features of the Rose Quartz Sponsorship.
Anything handmade - fine art, textiles, pottery, jewelry, etc.
If you sell food or beverage (this does NOT apply to loose leaf tea bundles/coffee grounds, or pre-packaged treats for trick-or-treat), please be warned Levy Convention Centers holds exclusive catering rights at the Wisconsin Center. If you are serving baked goods, hot dishes or open beverages, you must provide your vendor license, and this will subject you to additional fees.
We provide you with one 8' table. No external tables exceeding 5' are permitted within your allotted 8' x 10' space. Should you wish to utilize a second full-sized table another booth must be purchased. Any single party may purchase up to 3 booths. HALL B IS NOT ON GROUND LEVEL, please plan accordingly.
