Bitchcraft Fair is a gathering of hundreds of Makers & Mystics, annually serving THOUSANDS of locals who are specifically targeted as kindred spirits within your demographic. Our autumnal celebration features a collection of Witches Brew cocktails, Trick-or-Treat for the littles (free admission for children 10 & under), Wicked Workshops & more. 

Last year in Milwaukee alone, we attracted 5,000 locals for our 2023 Season of the Bitch, so the witches are itching to return. We hope you'll join us while booths last!

"Wand"bring if we're a good fit? While we exist to empower & highlight small business owners who identify as female, no one is excluded on the basis of gender! We do not accept MLMs - only handmade items or retail like gems, incense, etc. Our "mystics" category pertains to any form of divination or mediumship.

And this year, YOU are the babe with the power: we have two different options where you can stake your claim on a booth with a premium, eye-catching placement! Or you can simply roll the dice and snag a general booth, a guaranteed end cap, or a discounted placement in the concession hall! And don't mourn our sponsorship options from last year - EVERYONE gets a social media shout out!

Once I'm initiated into the coven, witch way do I go? Email has proven to be unreliable in the past, so all updates will be kept on our Oracle page, including booth assignments, load-in/out, parking, etc. Please check back there closer to the date. Once your transaction is complete, we welcome you to the coven!

Booths here are discounted from the general booth rate of $125 since they’re not inside the ballroom. Foot traffic will come through from the admissions area, the 4 entrance points around concessions, and the the photobooth also located here.

You’ll be the brightest star in our galaxy, studded at either end of the very first constellation of booths attendees will see upon entering the fair! Placed right at the entrance with the added perk of choosing your own booth at the time of purchase, you get dabs on your favorite pumpkin in the patch!

Placed right at the entrance, these placements are sure to be eye-catching! Greet shoppers as they enter from the admissions era, dazzle and amaze with your wares! You’re sure to leave quite the impression.

This information cannot be changed later, so for neighbor requests, if you THINK a friend might be attending, please add them now just to be safe! Be sure they add you, too. If you are a returning vendor, you are not guaranteed the same spot as last year. 

If interested, we will reach out via email with the hotel information, discount price and room block code if there is enough demand.

Terms of Agreement

We provide you with one 8' table. No external tables exceeding 5' are permitted within your allotted space. Should you wish to utilize a second full-sized table another booth must be purchased. Any single party may purchase up to 4 booths.
While we do not process booth refunds, you may sell your booth to another interested party. We ask that you email us at [email protected] with these details so that we can update your vendor profile and list the new shop name. You may use our Facebook and Instagram pages to connect with prospective vendors who may be willing to purchase the booth from you. You must handle the transaction yourselves (venmo, discount or original price, just be a good human and do NOT upsell if we are sold out, please!)
If you sell food or beverage (this does NOT apply to loose leaf tea bundles/coffee grounds, or pre-packaged treats for trick-or-treat), please be warned Levy Convention Centers holds exclusive catering rights at the venue, so please do not bring any items for consumption to sell.
Upon securing your booth, you will receive an email confirmation from TicketSpice, but in order to reduce miscommunication errors after an incident in 2019, we DO NOT rely on mass email correspondence to relay important information.

Booth purchases are non-refundable, but you may sell your booth to an interested party or ask us to list it here for sale.
